well hey there.

Who am I? Well if the opening page wasn’t self explanatory:

I’m RGR. You can call me: Rish or “Jadon Sancho’s future wife”- but I prefer the latter. When I introduce myself to blacked out frat men amidst a deafening volume of music playing, I lean into their ear and say “it’s Rish like fish.” Unfortunate, but it does the trick every time.

To hear my entire college gal turned NYC mami origin story: read this.

On this blog, I’ll chronicle my life as I make my way through New York City’s finest investment bankers, NJB’s, & male models- all while strutting in the prettiest collection of vintage Manolo’s and knee high boots. I’ll narrate the nitty gritty details of every movie-like, wild, and unimaginable experience of mine in the most internet appropriate way possible. Imagine like Gossip Girl, but all the gossip is only about one girl.

And if that wasn’t enough info, here’s a bit more:

  • I attend the University of California Berkeley. Which is the #1 university in the United States according to this Forbes ranking. Oh you didn’t ask? Too bad.

  • At school, I’m an Economics and Data Science double major. However, I used to work (and will continue to work) in the fashion industry upon graduating. Confused? Please don’t ask.

  • I’m an Aries mami (looking for a Scorpio papi)

  • I know how to count cards in Blackjack, and my backup career is becoming a professional gambler in Vegas.

And as of a recent revamp, this blog is bigger and better now. I’ll post outfit guides for every single scenario possible- almost like we’re on Facetime online shopping together. Beach vacation outfits? I gotcha, Dresses for graduation? Say less. Date night outfits? Of course.

I’ve always wanted to start something like this, but I never thought someone (other than my mother) would actually read it. And the fact that you (not my mom) are reading this, means so much more to me than you’ll ever know.

At the end of the day, I hope this provides humor for those who might need a good laugh. I hope it instills a sense of belonging for those who feel alone. I hope it causes second-hand embarrassment for those who think their worst experiences were bad. I hope it brings a feeling of clarity for those who think they’re lost. And finally, I hope it provides inspiration for those who dream of achieving big goals like me.

xoxo RGR
